Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted. All animals residing with residents at the community must be registered.

Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including:

• Rottweiler
• Chow
• Doberman
• Akita
• Pitbull
• Staffordshire terrier
• Bullmastiff

• Dog breed verification, if applicable 
• Signed Animal Addendum
